Registration for Summer School 2025

Sign up here for the Summer School 2025 and submit your abstract.

The registration consists of 2 parts:

1) Registration at the Graduate School - deadline 27 April
This is how to obtain ECTS credits for participating.

2) Registration at MoMeD and upload your abstract below - deadline 27 April
You MUST use this Abstract Template (Abstract template) since the abstract book is joined from more than 100 abstracts.
Each abstract has one page only. Please upload a photo of yourself or include it in the template. The uploaded file must be in Word format.

Abstract book
An abstract book will be prepared in PDF format and will include programme as well as abstracts from all participants. The abstract book will be distributed via e-mail to all participants prior to the Summer School and will not be put online. As we aim to protect unpublished data, please do not put any sensitive information in the abstracts you submit and also do not share the final PDF with abstracts, since they are confidential. No further distribution of the abstract book is allowed.

3rd year abstracts will be evaluated and selected for talks by the following criteria:

  • BACKGROUND: How clear is the context and rationale communicated? Why is this important? What purpose?
  • METHODS: How clear is the method used communicated?
  • RESULTS: How clear is it what data/findings there has been produced or processed?
  • CONCLUSION: How clear is the impact of the research is communicated?
